Rotating seats allow you to develop and develop your legal work experience and practical training in a number of different areas of law. Even though we have successfully completed our training contracts for many decades, we never want to settle into a routine and we still want our interns to have a voice. For this reason, two interns are selected in each admission to meet regularly with our intern development team to exchange ideas and collaborate. The committee also promotes social events and informal meetings, which is crucial to give you the opportunity to build a strong network and support each other. We accept 4 to 5 interns per year. The training contracts have a duration of two years and you will gain experience in four areas of practice (including six months on secondment to one of our international offices). Your seat preferences will be taken into account when you join the company and you will be able to have a say in your own career development during your apprenticeship contract.
