We start with a first visit, where we strive to get to know our customers better, to meet their needs and desires, and to adapt them to the reality of a budget. It continues with ongoing discussions with our interior designers (we are the only renovator in the area with in-house design services), including presentations where we show you computer-aided 3D renderings of what your new space will look like, and visits to our selection Suite where textures, colors and materials are selected. Once the design process is complete, your relationship is in the hands of our well-trained chief carpenters, some of whom have been working for the company since the 1990s. You will have regular contact with the chief carpenter on your project, as well as access to your calendar in Builder Trend, our project management software.
